I’m no expert but the separation of chapters and numbering of verses doesn’t seem to me a big deal.
Its still the same words.
I love exegesis. however, and this fellow seems to know his trade but I’m no judge.
Excellent expository preaching–excellent.
Also those who have studied the Old Testament are familiar with the statute about the ban in serving in the temple on those who have been castrated and the play on mutilation and circumcision.
It is quite understandable through the translation.
Great expository preaching however!
Don’t take down the NASV. It is English.
The speaker seems to have a great appreciation of his relationship with Christ.
Job’s experience of somehow seeing the Lord–and then his suffering. his questions had become insignificant–this is the joy of knowing Christ and his suffering and his resurrection.
